What we collect and why

  • Orders: name, address, email, phone and order details, to sell and deliver your order (contract). Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card number.
  • Email marketing (newsletter, waitlist, welcome offer): your email and language, only with your consent. Unsubscribe any time from any email.
  • Withdrawal requests and customer service: what you send us, to handle your request (legal obligation and contract).
  • Analytics and marketing pixels: only if you accept them in the cookie banner (consent).

Who we share it with

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, they use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

  • Shopify (shop, checkout, customer data).
  • Our manufacturing and fulfilment partner Selfnamed (Cosmetics Nord, Latvia), to make and ship your order.
  • Delivery companies (for example FedEx), to deliver your order.
  • Vercel (hosting) and, only with consent, Vercel Analytics, TikTok and Meta.
  • Email provider: [Shopify Email / Klaviyo], for marketing emails you signed up to.

How long we keep it

Order data for as long as tax and consumer law require (generally up to 6 years in Spain). Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Cookie choices for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hola@daliaskin.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

To buy from us you must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian place the order.
