Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders and payment

Checkout is run by Shopify. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We can cancel an order if the product is unavailable or the price was clearly wrong, and will refund you in full.

Your right to withdraw (14 days)

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us using the withdrawal form on this site, by email, or with the model form below.

Hygiene exception: you cannot withdraw from a purchase of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. [CONFIRM the product is sealed; if it is not sealed, this exception may not apply.]

We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of hearing from you, using the original payment method. We may wait until we get the product back. You pay the cost of returning it unless we say otherwise.

Legal guarantee

Products must match their description and be free of defects. If something arrives faulty or damaged, tell us and we will replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
