Spain first, then the rest of the EU. UK coming soon.

How long it takes

Orders leave our fulfilment partner in the EU within 2 working days. Standard delivery in Spain usually takes 7 to 10 working days in total. You get an email when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Spain, per order, VAT included: standard €7.40, express €11.48. Free standard shipping in Spain on the Duo pack. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on unopened, sealed products. Use the withdrawal form or email us with your order number. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will sort it, free of charge.
